Conceptualizando el bienestar subjetivo en la experiencia universitaria: una revisión sistemática crítica de la literatura (2021–2024)

Este artículo presenta una revisión sistemática crítica de la literatura reciente (2021–2024) sobre el bienestar subjetivo en el marco de los estudios universitarios, con el objetivo de examinar cómo este constructo es comprendido y qué conceptos se le asocian. Se seleccionaron y analizaron 54 estudios, identificándose, entre otros, la manera en que se tiende a comprender el bienestar y los elementos vinculados a él (entre ellos la resiliencia, la autocompasión, el mindfulness y la autorregulación). Los resultados muestran una tendencia a un abordaje centrado en competencias individuales, mientras que elementos estructurales tienden a situarse en un segundo plano, elementos que pueden leerse como expresión de un ethos neoliberal. Desde una perspectiva crítica, se discuten implicancias conceptuales y políticas de esta forma de abordaje.
