Although misery represents the mother of the disease and environmental conditions, dirt or lack of hygiene, the lack of socioeconomic conditions affect the health disease process, European and North American countries agree on the importance of the latter, It is conclusive to point out that one of the aspects precisely where less is invested in lifestyles, this leads to the manifestation of the health disease process in a clear and worrisome way, the social determinants of health are therefore a central theme nowadays global level.
