Impactos ambientales, sociales y económicos de los festivales musicales como producto turístico en la Ciudad de México: implicaciones para el bienestar social de la comunidad local

Los festivales musicales se han consolidado como eventos clave en la economía y el turismo. Su creciente presencia en ciudades globales como la CDMX, ha generado múltiples debates en torno a sus impactos ambientales, sociales y económicos, así como su relación con el bienestar social. El objetivo fue comprender los significados atribuidos por los residentes a dichos impactos, considerando su influencia en la vida cotidiana. Se utilizó una metodología con enfoque cualitativo. Los resultados evidencian que los festivales son fenómenos complejos que trascienden lo meramente recreativo, con repercusiones directas en el bienestar social. Se concluye que su gestión requiere un enfoque integral que incorpore las dimensiones ambientales, sociales y económicas de manera equilibrada.
