Logística inversa: prácticas actuales, tendencias futuras y oportunidades de investigación

Resumen


Este artículo trata temas de toma de decisiones en logística inversa. El propósito principal consiste en proveer de un mejor entendimiento de la administración de un sistema de logística inversa, presentando un análisis holístico de algunos de los avances que conforman el estado del arte en la práctica de la logística inversa y las redes de recuperación para resaltar los campos actuales de estudio y las oportunidades de investigación desde un punto de toma de decisiones.
